FAQs
My facility says it isn't connected to Services Australia. What now?
The facility has no PRODA connection, so there's no data to show. Click Connect PRODA on the banner, or Get help if you don't manage that connection. See When Occupancy has no figures to show.
Why can't I see this week's occupancy?
Services Australia data arrives behind, so the page never shows today. The default period ends on the latest day available. See Change the reporting period.
Why are Last 7 days and Last 14 days greyed out?
Too little of those periods has been reported for this facility yet. Choose the default period or Quarter to date. See Reporting periods explained.
What does "Needs 50% of days reported" mean?
Occupancy only calculates figures when at least half the period's days are reported. Choose a longer or older period, or wait. See When Occupancy has no figures to show.
It says updated today, so why is the newest data weeks old?
Updated is when Loop IQ last refreshed. The period's end date is the last day Services Australia reported, and Refresh won't change that. See Reporting periods explained.
Why does my rate look high when hardly any days are reported?
Unreported days are left out, not counted as zero, so the rate describes reported days only. Check the bed days line. See Occupancy figures explained.
Why is there no total across all my facilities?
Occupancy shows one facility at a time and has no combined view. See View a facility's occupancy.
Can I compare two facilities?
Not side by side. Switch facilities in the dropdown and compare their bed days lines.
Why is my chart showing points instead of a line?
Fewer than half the period's days are reported, so only single days are plotted. See When Occupancy has no figures to show.
