Free and paid integrations
The connections Loop IQ requires for your reporting are free. External systems that automate your reporting are paid integrations. Each card shows which applies, beneath the system's name.
Before you start
Plan: Available on all plans.
Free forever
The following connections are included for every workspace at no cost:
- Services Australia: the PRODA connection that most products rely on.
- Department of Health: the channel Loop IQ uses to lodge your submissions.
- Halo Labs: benchmark reference data.
Paid integrations
External systems that automate your reporting are paid integrations. They include:
- Workforce: rostering, timesheet and payroll systems.
- Clinical and medication: clinical record and medication management systems.
- Finance: finance and ERP systems.
Loop IQ adds new integrations regularly. The Integrations page always shows the current list, and each card shows whether the integration is free or paid.
Accessing a paid integration
Paid integrations become available through the products you subscribe to. When you subscribe to a product that uses workforce automation, for example, all workforce integrations become available to connect.
Integrations not included in your products still appear on the Integrations page, with their description and data status, but their Connect button is unavailable.
If Loop IQ does not yet connect to a system your organisation uses, request it from the Integrations page or submit a support ticket. See Request an integration.
Important: some product features require a paid integration. For example, the Automated data source in 24/7 RN requires a connected workforce system. See Plans in 24/7 RN.
For more on the status shown on each card, see Integration statuses explained.
